Who We Are

Treasure Capital Asia (“TCA”) is an independent private equity real estate firm, with a focus on direct real estate development, asset management and investment advisory.

Based in Hong Kong, with its China projects managed from Shanghai, and affiliates in London, Stuttgart, Chicago, Singapore and Seoul, TCA was founded in early 2014, bringing together a consortium of global partners and co-investors with deep and diverse experience in real estate and private equity.

What We Do

Real Estate

Treasure Capital Asia’s Greater China real estate business is centered around Hong Kong and Shanghai.

BaDaiTou is a large scale mixed use development located in the Yangpu District in Puxi, near the Huangpu River and diagonally opposite Lujiazui, with direct Metro and other transport connectivity. The project will connect the waterfront to the Dalian Road MNC cluster to form a new major CBD and leisure eco-system in Shanghai.

Stanley Chin, TCA’s Group CEO and Principal, also serves as the Vice Chairman of the BaDaiTou Steering Committee, Head of Project Secretariat and Head of the Investment Committee.

TCA’s current international real estate projects outside China cover London, Germany and major cities in the US.

Private Equity & Social Ventures

Private Equity – Current focus is to invest in smart city technologies and solutions, with deals sourced and managed within an integrated real estate development framework to create synergies and value add by providing market access to proprietary real estate projects within a vertical integrated holistic ecosystem.

Social Ventures – TCA also works in partnership with social enterprises to develop businesses with social impact potential, with a focus on sustainability,  education and health/wellness.
