Mr. Gill also serves as Adjunct Professor of Finance and Real Estate at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and previously taught an MBA course at George Washington University.
Prior to the formation of Artis Advisors, Mr. Gill was a co-founding Managing Director of Kalorama Realty Capital, a predecessor company to Artis Advisors.
Before forming Artis, Mr. Gill was an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington DC office, where his transaction volume for financing and investment sales of multifamily apartments exceeded $500 million.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Gill was Vice President of Acquisitions at Bonaventure Realty Group in Arlington, VA, an investor in and developer of multifamily apartments.
Mr. Gill holds Masters degrees in business and economics from Northwestern University and the London School of Economics and a BA from the University of South Florida. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
